Terms of Service

By using RoLivo, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who can use this

You must be at least 13 years old to use RoLivo. You're responsible for what you say and do while using the service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use RoLivo to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Share illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Spam, flood, or attempt to disrupt the chat for other users
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, filters, or moderation tools

Moderation

Messages pass through an automated filter, and any user can report or block another user directly in the app. We may remove access for anyone who violates these terms, without notice, since there are no accounts to formally suspend — enforcement is generally limited to disconnecting a session.

No warranty

RoLivo is provided "as is," with no persistence guarantees and no uptime guarantees. Messages and presence data exist only in server memory and can be lost at any time, including during a server restart. We're not liable for anything said by other users in the chat, or for any loss resulting from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continuing to use RoLivo after an update means you accept the revised terms.
